Riding the curves with my friend..

I was doing 110 so he must've been doing like...120 or so..anyhow, he was up in front and leaned over too far, reached maximum lean angle on that 180 tire. The rear wheel slid out and he started lowsiding. Then somehow, the rear wheel caught traction again and he highsided up and over the bike. The bike ran HEAD ON into a tree. Busted up in three pieces. Frame was soooo screwed. As for my friend, well...I thought he was dead. He wasn't moving, (then again..hitting the asphalt at that speed would probably certainly be your death).

Jacket was wasted, helmet was cracked open in the back...the titanium sliders on the AXO boots were gone.. I say it's an act of God He survived. His first question was: "How's my bike??" ...typical of any rider..

He was badly shaken but survived with only a broken wrist...

1 year later....back riding ANOTHER '05 636

They are some good looking machines. They don't hold up well for someone who bust ass alot like I do tho.
Thats why I love my honda, I can beat the shit out of it and it keeps pleasing me.
